Our Highlighted Training Programs

• Workshop on Hospital Waste Management (August 1998): In technical collaboration with the Central Pollution Control Board and the Ministry of Environment and Forest, this workshop addressed the critical area of hospital waste management, ensuring the safe and environmentally conscious handling of medical waste.
• Training on Stack Emission Dispersion Modelling from Point Sources (September 1998): In partnership with the Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment and Forest, Jawaharlal Nehru University, and India Meteorological Department, this training offered expertise in modeling stack emissions for effective pollution control.
• Seminar on Prevention & Control of Marine Pollution (July 1999): This seminar, held in collaboration with the Ministry of Surface Transport and Oil Industry Safety Directorate, focused on marine pollution legislation, impact assessment, and management, contributing to the protection of our oceans and coastal ecosystems.
• Conference on Retrospect of Indian Research on Environmental Pollution (November 1999): In association with the National Research Development Corporation, Central Pollution Control Board, and ASSOCHAM, this conference provided a platform to reflect on India's environmental research progress and advancements.
• Workshop on Environmental Risk Analysis for Storage and Handling of Hazardous Chemicals (September 2000): Developed in technical collaboration with esteemed organizations such as Engineers India Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Defence Research Development Organization, and Central Pollution Control Board, this workshop addressed the critical issue of hazardous chemical management.
• Conference on Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control for Healthy Living (November 2000): In collaboration with the University College of Medical Sciences & GTB Hospital, and sponsored by the Dept. of Environment, Govt. of Delhi, Ministry of Environment and Forests, and Central Pollution Control Board, this conference highlighted the vital connection between environmental quality and public health.
• Workshop on Environmental Impact Assessment Studies for Developmental Projects (April 2002): This workshop, held in association with the Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment & Forests, JNU, National Institute of Hydrology, and Wildlife Institute of India, aimed to enhance the effectiveness of environmental impact assessment for developmental projects.
• Workshop on Advanced Technology for Prevention & Control of Pollution (March 2004): In collaboration with the Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment & Forests, Delhi College of Engineering, and National Productivity Council, this workshop explored innovative pollution control technologies.
• Symposium on Pollution Prevention, Control & Assessment in Metallurgical Industries (November 2008): Held in association with the Central Pollution Control Board, this symposium addressed pollution-related challenges and solutions specific to the metallurgical industries.
